FOUNDER & CREATOR
Meet Innocent, better known as ‘Inno’, the founder and creator of D & I Associates, a registered Professional and the brains of the firm.
With an extensive background in construction, technical drafting and detailing, design and project management, Inno is no stranger to the game and it only made sense that venture out on his own, with the idea of creating a consulting firm with the technical abilities to take on any project, but with a key focus on client relationship management and delivery of exceptional drawings and design, never compromising on quality.
Inno has over 16 years of experience in construction, engineering, drafting, designing, project management, operations and client relations, which makes him the perfect person to be at the front of the pack. Always leading from the front, encouraging his team to perform and providing a source of inspiration to the team on a daily basis.

ROUAL DE AGRELLA
CONTRACT MANAGER
Meet Roual , DE & I development’s contract manager .
He is responsible in managing construction of our new development in Highland gate golf & trout estate .
He has 20 years’ experience in residential construction and has a vision in providing a definitive and practical solution to property development.
His experience allows him to specialise in :
- Overall responsibility of projects
- Project cost control & reporting
- Liaising with clients & consulting
- Programming of projects , coordinating monitoring
- Delegating and managing all activities on site
- Implementation and management of quality control.
